I'm disappointed. I had high hopes for this lot. Beautiful plants, nice selection, some less than common offerings, heck, they might be the only business out there that I didn't mind their marketing emails and that says something. But!! My overall experience having purchased from them a few times is not so good. I actually liked the staff well enough. People say they're rude, I think its more just busy. I probably wouldn't recommend to the general public unless you know what you want and you are ready to get it. But here's where the problems begin to arise. The system of ordering plants and having them picked doesn't sit well with me. I want to see what I am buying, I dont want anything done to it once its selected. I say this because a lovely tree I purchased and was very excited for was already picked and ready to load but, upon arrival I see its been pruned up real tight, and has nearly all its growth on one side. Ugly but i know It will grow back again. Now the season has come around and im looking again and Im a bit perturbed with the pruning job they forced right before I could have said no thank you please, ill do it myself. Now its got a couple seasons I think to sort its

Sydney, Reid and David yet again did a fantastic job!! Above and beyond! I ordered 6 gigantic trees and Sydney hand selected them and were ready the next morning for pick up! What a team! Thanks guys!

I’m a true “plant snob” and this nursery constantly grows/sells superior quality plants. They’ve always been so kind to me as an ultra picky retail customer. I have zero problems with their prices. Always know what you are buying and shop around…but I love this nursery! Five stars!

My experience has nothing to do with the quality of plants or their selection, which is huge. It wouldn’t matter how amazing their merchandise was…the woman running the office was so incredibly rude I almost left thinking I had imagined the interaction. I had never been there and simply wanted to ask about putting together a group of herb plants s a large gift for someone. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and followed their directions to check in with the office first. I did, and watched said woman bark at several wholesale landscaping folks that they needed to move their vehicles (these too are customers) and then stomp around irritatedly showing people where to walk to pick their plants like it was just SUCH A HARDSHIP for her to do…her job? When it was finally my turn, and I had heard her snap at another customer—this time by phone—I told her what I was looking for she she LITERALLY rolled her eyes at me and told me to go somewhere else. No exaggeration—I’m sure Adcock’s will be fine s large as they are. But they are making a mistake putting someone with absolutely ZERO people skills in the main office handling customer service.
